Simple Sessioni nädal saab jällegi avastardi filmifestivaliga, mis seekord toimub Solaris Kinos kolmapäevast reedeni (28.–30. märtsil).
Simple Sessioni Filmifestival on pimedates kinosaalides toimuv vaimusoojendus rula- ja rattasõidufestivalile Simple Session ja väärt vaatamine kõigile neile, kes kunagi tundnud rõõmu ratastel veeremisest. Sest just sõidurõõmust sündinud hetkedest Solaris Kinos kolme päeva jooksul ekraanile jõudvad filmid koosnevadki.
Teiste seas toimub BSD uue rattafilmi “Any Which Way” maailma esikas ning linastub rariteetne rulamängufilm MachoTaildrop.

Following the dream-come-true story of an aspiring local BMX-rider Kristjan Aasmäe, the short film brings out the contrasts between the world famous wintertime BMX- and skateboarding event Simple Session in Estonia and the country’s own BMX-scene.
The film was selected for the program of 2011 Bicycle Film Festival in 26 cities worldwide. The BFF 2011 events were attended by 225,000 bike lovers. Simple Dream premiered at the Bicycle Film Festival in Tallinn on the 2nd of June and in New York on the 25th of June 2011. The rest of the cities where the short was premiered were: London, San Francisco, Washington, Lisbon, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Montreal, Portland, Vienna, Tokyo, Toronto, Amsterdam, Athena, Chicago, Liverpool, Miami, Paris, Sao Paulo, Sydney and Taipei.

We start again on Liberty square (Vabaduse väljak), this time at 19:00 and the ride takes us through new territories and exciting routes in the north of Tallinn. We will finish in old town at the Sõprus film theater at about 20:30. There we can exchange some impressions about our cycling season and at 21:00 we’ll be screening a cross-section program of seasons best bike movies. And as last time, the screening is free for everyone at the niteride!
Bicycle valet parking will be set up in front of Sõprus film theater. Still, bring your own proper locks!

Film number kaks kannab nime “Wolfpack Hustle Marathon Crash Race”. See on lugu kell 4 hommikul mööda Los Angeles’i maratoni jaoks suletud linna üht peamist liiklusarterit kulgevast ratturite salasõidust. Lisaks mõned uued lühifilmid nii BMXi-rindelt kui mujalt.
